Kelly completed her undergraduate degree through the University of New Brunswick-Humber College in 2007. She spent time working in acute care at Toronto General Hospital before transitioning to primary care after completing her Master’s Degree and Nurse Practitioner Certificate through Ryerson University in 2012. She is passionate about education and continued learning. Kelly teaches future nurses within the Bachelor of Nursing program at Humber College.
Kelly completed her medical aesthetics injectable training at APT injection training in 2016, and since that time has attended various workshops and advanced injectables trainings over the past three years to advance her practice. Kelly practices medical aesthetics in Toronto. Kelly also provides medical directorship to a team of skilled nurses ensuring that they deliver the safest quality care and comply with the practice standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
In 2024, Kelly expanded her education in women’s health and hormone care taking several courses in hormone replacement therapy and sex medicine. She works alongside Dr MacKinnon and Dr Chaddah to provide collaborative and comprehensive midlife womens health care.
Kelly completed Bikram yoga teacher training in the fall of 2013. She went on to train with Downward Dog Yoga Centre 2015-2016 taking a 200hr certification and restorative yoga course. After having her first child she went back to train in prenatal and postal yoga with Blooma at Yoga Mamas in Toronto and Blooma studio in Minneapolis.
